Organizer of affiliate program is owner e-shop e-lampy.com.pl, company e-Bros
so-called ORGANIZER.
PARTNER can be everybody who has website. Partner can be both private person and company
on condition that subject matter of websites are legal.
Partners which begin affiliate program are obliged to place advertising materials and link 's products, concerning
Organizer website, on your website. Partner can also place link in other forums and chat not including erotic and illegal websites.
Link's products mean by connection partner's website with organizer's website by text link
or banner.Partner can place text link or banner which promote url e-shop or url specific product or both things at the same time.
Partner can begin affiliate program in every moment. Just create affiliate account giving only name,
surname, website address, email, and number of bank's account.
After filling registration, Partner receive ID number and access to statistics of efficieny working
,quantity orders made by guests and you can also check balance.
Partner's sallary wil be paid signing agreement. Partner's sallary means by definite commission from sale(% from guests orders).
Commission from sale is 4%.
Organizer are obliged to make transfer in once of a mounth on condition that sum of payments is
more than 50 PLN. Not pay of payments will pay in timewhen level of sum will be more than 50 PLN.
The amount to be paid means, for private person, that the amount will be decreased
about profit tax in accordance with law from 26 July 1991.
However for companies, the amount to be paid that will be decreased about 22% VAT.
Private person will receive payments on based an agreement. Company made transfer after
receiving invoice or bill with 14 deadline of payments.
Partner of affiliate program both before signing and after signing agreement is forbidden to
encourage other users or guests to buy in our e-shop against net atiqete's rules(spam, other illegal methods).
Impracticable to above rules mean lost law to withdrawal and immediately disqualify from affiliate program.
Organizer to reserve the right to change commission's rat but
this change can not concern sale made before this change. Partner can withdraw from affiliate program in every time.
Organizer to reserve the right to not pay partner's commissions in case not pay for order by guest.
At the same time organizer obliges to inform partner's about this fact and solute this problem as soon as possible.
