Order realization

1. Placed an order in "e-lampy.com.pl" is confirmed by automaton. Order veryfication can be done by phone.
2. Instruction of place an order and conditions of use you find here
3. After log in your an account you can check among other things: order history and actuall order status.
4. Order is realized by the courier company and in the same causes by Polish post office.

Payment

1. You have following methods of payments:
1a. Down payment - customers, whose decide to choose this method, give 5% off discount.
1b. Cash on delivery - payment done at the moment receipt products.
1c. m-Transfer - option which will be accessed in future.
2. Returning customer can pay for products in future term of payment(detailed terms are negotiated individual).
3. We realize order over the sum of 11.90EUR.

Shipping

1. Shipping fee.
1a. Main shipping fee (Ppoland area) equal 5EUR for order under 250EUR.
1b. Local shipping fee (Warsaw area) equal 5EUR.
2. You have possibility to collect products in headquarters of "e-Bros" company.
3. If total order is over 250EUR then shipping fee is free
4. In case of customer absence ,in hours giving by him, he is obliged to cover additional shipping fee.
5. Products are delivered until 10 man-days. In case lenghthen period of delivery, customer will be informed about this fact by e-mail or phone. Customer also will be informed, by e-mail, when products have been sent.
