SPECIAL ORDERS

You have possibility, in case some products, to modify lamps according to your need. It concern first of all:
1) to lengthen/shorthen wires
2) to lengthen/shorthen lamps
3) to change lampshade's model (to depend on manufacturer's offert).
Then we conact with manufacturer and present customer's modification. Next, we inform customer about acceptance or rejection customer's modification. If manufacturer accepted customer's offert we inform client, by e-mail, about conditions and term of realization special order. Apply to special orders the same discount just like ordinary orders. Exception to the rule is situation when customer want to receive not modification products earlier than products of special orders. In this case additional cost of delivery is borne by customer.
